This Privacy Policy describes how OMH Agency, Inc., doing business as FORGE by OMH Agency ("FORGE," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit getforged.ai and related FORGE websites, sign up for updates, attend our events, or use our services, including our AI accountability calling and text-messaging programs (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Contact details — such as your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form, sign up for updates, register for an event, or purchase a membership. Providing a phone number is always optional on our sign-up forms.
Preferences and interests — such as the options you select on our forms (for example, interest in in-person meetings, live training, recorded training, or daily check-in calls).
Account and membership information — such as your goals, schedule preferences, and program settings if you become a FORGE member.
Payment information — processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Communications — messages you send us by email, text, or through the Services.

Information collected when you use member calling services

If you become a member of a FORGE calling program (for example, accountability calls with Selah), calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can provide the service — including documenting your check-ins, tracking your goals over time, and sending you follow-up messages. We will tell you this in your membership terms before your first call.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this for security, to prevent abuse of our forms, and to keep the site working properly.

3. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum:

Cookies: getforged.ai does not set advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Some FORGE services you choose to use — such as event registration, member, or checkout pages operated on our behalf — may use cookies that are strictly necessary for those features to work (for example, keeping you signed in or keeping a session active).
Analytics: we do not currently use third-party analytics platforms on getforged.ai. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs, described in Section 2) to serve and secure the site. If we adopt an analytics tool in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.
Third-party fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive standard request information such as your IP address. Google's handling of that information is described in Google's own privacy policy.
Do Not Track: because we do not track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" browser signal to disable.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
To respond to your inquiries and send you information you request;
To schedule, place, and follow up on accountability calls for members;
To send text messages you have consented to receive (see Section 5);
To process payments and manage subscriptions;
To keep records of consent as required by law;
To protect the security and integrity of the Services; and
To comply with legal obligations.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) and Your Consent

We only send text messages to people who have given us their phone number and expressly consented to receive them. Consent is collected through a clear, unchecked-by-default checkbox on our forms or at checkout, and we keep a record of when and how you consented.

Types of messages: account and service-related messages (for example, call confirmations, missed-call notifications, post-call follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and account notices) and, only if you separately consent, occasional marketing and event messages.
Message frequency: varies; for members of the daily calling program, approximately 1 to 3 messages per weekday.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact selah@getforged.ai.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Providing a phone number is optional on our sign-up forms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive (for example, our messaging platform and telephone carriers).

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us operate the Services — such as website hosting, our customer relationship management platform, payment processing, telephone and messaging carriers, and the AI voice technology that powers our calling programs. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
For legal reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of FORGE, our members, or others.
In a business transfer — if FORGE or OMH Agency, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; this Privacy Policy would continue to apply.

Member information is never shared with other members.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including records of text-message consent), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Text messages: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
Access, correction, deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing selah@getforged.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to systems that store it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Links to Other Websites

The Services may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
